This Tuesday Eastern student-athletes attended an OHSAA Leadership Conference at Athens High school. This year’s theme was 23 & ME and focused on providing students with the tools to create a transformational culture, one that builds strong character and leadership traits.
Two of our very own, Addi Well and Danielle Epple, we’re invited to speak about their experience in leadership regarding the 2023 AHA! Mental Health Summit. Addi and Danielle captivated the audience with their confident speech, and represented themselves, this school, their families, and our community with pride.
We were also honored to have roughly twenty of our schools finest student-athletes there to hear speakers such as Jimmy Burrow, Jim Cleamons, Otis Winston, Harvey Alston, and Aaron Shawn Harper.
This was an amazing opportunity for our kids and we couldn’t be more proud. Our Eagles are doing great things.
