The Eastern FFA Chapter had the privilege to join over 70,000 FFA members from across the country while attending the 96th National FFA Convention. FFA members were able to explore the FFA Expo where students could check out career opportunities, college pathways and socialize with other FFA members from each state and attend the opening session of the convention. FFA is a great way to make new friends and discover new things about the agriculture industry you might have not known. While on this trip students were able to go to the zoo and take an educational tour and learn about the animals. We were also able to attend the World's Toughest Rodeo put on by Cinch which is one of the biggest sponsors of the FFA. Over all the 4 students who were able to attend had a great time and experienced one of the greatest traditions in FFA history. We would like to thank all of our sponsors and every one who made it possible for us to attend the 96th National FFA Convention. We would mostly like to thank Mr. Hall and Mr. Dettwiller for allowing us to attend these events.
