The sophomore Health classes recently welcomed Deputy Barnhart into their classroom to discuss and educate them on drugs and alcohol. The students were asked to take a stand on the opioid epidemic and develop a presentation on how to improve the community through prevention, legislation, law enforcement or treatment. The students did an excellent job working within their groups to develop an action plan for a healthier community.
