For the past two years, we have taken Eastern High School students to attend monthly meetings with The Ohio State University Student Leadership Research Collaborative free of cost. This amazing opportunity teaches our high school students about leadership, research, and advocacy. Our students have grown as leaders and in their personal confidence. Because of our involvement with The Ohio State University Student Leadership Research Collaborative, our students have presented for the Ohio High School Athletic Association (OHSAA), they have attended the National Federation of State High School Associations National Leadership Summit, and have presented at a National Diversity Conference at The Ohio State University.
