Tomorrow- Tuesday, September 13th is "Order Day" for graduation packets. A Jostens representative will be in the Hs Gym Lobby by 8:00 a.m. to take orders. An email was sent to each senior student with additional information. Please know that you can also place orders online.
We know traffic is terrible this morning. Be safe, get here when you can and we will understand on any tardiness today

The representative will give information to Freshmen about ordering class rings. Afterwards, information will be given to Seniors concerning graduation packets. Please plan to attend. However, if you are a vocational student or have a conflict with the meeting time, extra packets will be available in the high school office.
Parents utilizing the My View Bus Ap: some buses are not visible due to system updates in process. This issue should be resolved by end of day Wednesday.
5th and 6th Grade band sign ups are happening this week! Band will take place during specials period. Students can sign up in the elementary office.

For anyone that didn't get to make it to the Archery tables. Here is our information sheet. We will be having out 1st parents meeting 15th September at 7 pm in the archery building. Archery dues will be due that night and a sign-up paper will need to be done by a patient for each child. We will also be giving out our Fall Raffle tickets that night as well.

Students with a driver's license that are planning on driving to school need to see Mr. Thompson during Open House to obtain a student parking permission form. A parking permit is required for all students taking a class or classes on campus.
I am excited to share that Archery sign-ups will start 23rd of August. Coaches will be setting in the High School and Middle School at open house. Please stop by and get your sign-up sheets. Archery is for 4th-12th grade students.
Emma Harper continues to represent Eastern Archery with another great performance at the IBO/3D Challenge at Seven Springs Pennsylvania. She took 5th place over the weekend. We are so proud of her!! Congratulations Emma!!


Deadline to complete the Eastern Bus Registration form is Today. Please be sure to complete the online form as routing of buses will be completed this week.
The JV football game on 8/29 @ Southern has been CANCELED.
The JH football scrimmage against Symmes Valley on 8/18 has been CANCELED. Instead, JH football will scrimmage River Valley on 8/18 at 6pm @ River Valley.
Free & Reduced Meals Application 22-23 should be working for everyone now. Once again, this is required paperwork for each household. You may access it on the website under Departments/Cafeteria. Please call or email with any issues.

The HS volleyball scrimmage at Wellston on 8/11 has been CANCELED. We will now have a HOME volleyball scrimmage on Friday, 8/12 at 5:00pm against Marietta. JH will also scrimmage Marietta on 8/12 as well in the elementary gym at 5pm.
The Eastern Lunch Program Needs Your Help.
The USDA is requiring us to return to traditional free, reduced, and paid lunch pricing this school year. In our efforts to capture as much funding as possible, and to increase our chances to qualify for universal free lunches in the future, we are requiring households to submit the Free and Reduced Form this year.
The form can be accessed and printed from the Eastern Website. To insure that the form gets back to school, we strongly suggest you mail, scan, or hand deliver the forms to us. You can email your completed form to bcollins@easternlocal.net, mail to Brian Collins at 38850 SR 248 Reedsville, OH 45772.
Breakfast will be Free as in the past, and Student Paid Lunches will cost $2.80. Please help us in our efforts to secure free meals for everyone. Thank You!
